26 year old mama really needs to get in shape.

The plan: Whole foods vegetarian diet. Regular HIIT workouts (with some yoga thrown in) Active life (clean, garden, play with the kids, hike, etc etc)

The goals: From 177 lbs to between 135 and 145 lbs (whichever feels right when I get to it) Good health ENERGY! Do 20 *real* pushups in plank Forward bend (like so) Run 3 whole miles
