DAY ONE
2 minutes of jumping jacks
3 sun salutations
4 reps of 10x Jump Squats, 10x Plie with Lateral Raise, 5x Push Ups (knees)
Plus- 10x Squats and 10x Plie with toddler over shoulder (25-28 lbs)
I can hardly move! I really had to push through it!
