This is such a powerful image. As a woman who possesses little curves and small bones, I am naturally quite petite. It doesn’t help that I’m quite tall as well, which makes me look even smaller still. I get comments all the time like ‘do you eat?’ or ‘eat more!’ ‘fatten up’! This makes me so angry because I can’t change my body. No matter how much I could wish to be curvier, it just wouldn’t happen. I think people forget that everyone comes in all shapes and sizes. Women strive for one or the other, when they should be striving for health.

26 year old mama really needs to get in shape.

The plan: Whole foods vegetarian diet. Regular HIIT workouts (with some yoga thrown in) Active life (clean, garden, play with the kids, hike, etc etc)

The goals: From 177 lbs to between 135 and 145 lbs (whichever feels right when I get to it) Good health ENERGY! Do 20 *real* pushups in plank Forward bend (like so) Run 3 whole miles
